    • Zaboor Hussain – Surveyor helper from Mansehra.
    • Attaullah – Surveyor from Upper Kohistan.
    • Mashooqur Rehman – Truck driver from Upper Kohistan.
  • Recovery Effort: Rescue 1122 personnel, along with local residents, recovered the bodies from the river and transferred them to the District Headquarters Hospital in Dasu for medico-legal formalities.
