In the southern city of Khan Yunis, Israeli drone strikes hit temporary tents sheltering displaced civilians, resulting in the deaths of two Palestinians, reports The Observer. Thousands of families had taken refuge in the area to escape ongoing bombardments.

Meanwhile, in central Gaza, a tragic airstrike targeted a school in Bureij, which had been converted into a refugee shelter. Four Palestinians were confirmed dead in the attack. The facility was housing hundreds of civilians seeking safety from the conflict.

Over the last 24 hours alone, 105 Palestinians have been killed and at least 356 others injured, many of them women and children, according to field reports and The Guardian.

Medical sources at Al-Ahli Hospital told The Observer that dozens of wounded civilians—especially children—were brought in from multiple areas following a series of heavy airstrikes.
